Remember this story 3 days ago about the new fridge/freezer delivered with a hole in the back?
Well today I got a replacement, the outside of it was fine, I was so pleased until the door was opened..
The inside of the door was badly damaged
The shelves had all fallen out and the salad tray at the bottom was all cracked.
I'm so upset and annoyed.
One damaged delivery is bad enough but two is just ridiculous.
I'd like to know who is to blame for this, Beko (the manufacturer) Appliances Online (the seller) or Expert (haha) Logistics (the delivery people)
I've now got to wait for a refund and find another one somewhere else.
