But I don't have the time.
Working/busy all week, the weekends are spent mostly cleaning, washing, food shopping.
Then when I do have a little time I'm too tired to do anything really good.
So I end up reading a little, spend a little time online and too often I'm in my bed by 9pm or 10pm..
Is this all there is to life? :((
How spooky, I was just thinking the same thing. I have an urge to bake right now but am struggling to get motivated to do it having spent all morning cleaning, ironing etc :( maybe it's an age thing.....

DeleteSometimes I feel that way too. Thankfully, not all the time. It helps me to regulate my sleep using melatonin - I'm not as tired. But yeah, it's hard sometimes to do the same things over and over.

DeleteI'm on the same path, Lady Banana, although I have had more energy lately. I use melatonin also, every other night, and it helps me get a better quality sleep also.
