Is what I'm struggling with.. how long can I survive on such little sleep I wonder, especially when I'm back to work Monday!!!!!

ReplyDeleteugh. I share your pain, Lady Banana. Been dealing with insomnia myself this week, dragging myself to work after very little sleep. I finally got a good night's rest Thursday, then felt even more tired Friday! Hope you get some sleep soon.

ReplyDeleteWarm milk or tea. I've heard that herbal tea makes u sleepy.
ReplyDeleteThat must be awful. It's something that I have never suffered with, though since I've gotten older I get the odd night or two that I lay awake, but I don't have to get up early for work!
ReplyDeleteSometimes if I wake up very early/can't get to sleep then I'll make a cup of tea or watch some telly.
