I am cooking it now.

I asked my daughter if she'd do the washing up afterwards - she doesn't want to, so has chosen to eat out instead..

My Latest Cath Kidston Addition

I’m rather partial to just about anything Cath Kidston, so much so that whenever I’m anywhere near a store I HAVE to go in and browse.

I must know the stock they have as well as any assistant by now!

Today I remembered I had £20 left from birthday money last month, so I invested in this little box bag.

What was your favorite TV show as a child?

We didn't have a TV until I was about 11.. Can you imagine that?
Kid's (and a lot of grown ups) these days wouldn't know what to do with themselves without television.
I didn't miss having one, we did a lot of reading, writing, talking, playing and using our imaginations!
Even these day's I don't watch a great deal, spend more time on the computer, I prefer things that are a bit more interactive than just sitting watching..

Calf Problems

This week has been a bit of a struggle for me as I've been in a lot of pain.

It built up gradually in my left calf, just hurting in the morning. Then last weekend the pain became continuous.

I went to my GP who was not sure what it was, I had a blood test for DVT and was given some painkillers.

I've heard nothing about the blood test so presume it was a negative result (phew) but I'm still taking the painkillers to enable me to get about with less pain.

I've been very good and dragged myself to work, albeit using the bus where I normally walk but I've had enough now and hope it'll disappear as mysteriously as it came.. Very soon!
