What Am I Doing Here..

About to get ready for work I suddenly remembered something I needed to do online.

Put the computer on and realised the wireless connection was not working so had to restart the modem/router.

By the time I had things up and running I couldn't for the life of me remember what I had put it all on for!

Computer

This happens quite frequently and then I end up wasting time getting engrossed in other things only to suddenly realise I'm running very late, so quickly switch off.

THEN when it's too late I remember what it was I put it on for.

I'm sure the same will happen today!

Your not the only one who does that. I'm still trying to figure out what I came online for.

Oh, yeah, me too! Sometimes I even go upstairs and end up cleaning something and then forget what I was supposed to be doing up there anyway. Then when I go back downstairs, I remember and have to go back.

All the above sounds horribly familiar. My friend calls it having a 'senior moment'....very annoying whatever it is :)

What you need (and not just you) is a pad where you can write what you're going to do. But that, of course, would be silly -- it only takes a moment to start up the machine, right?

Yeah. And there are never interruptions....

I have no idea how to restart my modem. Heck I would have to call Tech support for it. LOL

And it only gets worse as we get older!

It happens to me all the time! Carulean Bill is right about a notepad. I'm going to carry one with me from now on and jot down whatever comes to mind.

This happens to me all the time. I especially hate it when I suddenly remember what I was supposed to do as my computer is shutting down.

LOL Sounds like something I would do. I need some ginkobaloba or something to boost my memory. ;o)

Oh it's horrible, this memory thing. I lose words as well as objects and my train of thought. This getting old thing sucks.
