Get Off The Computer And Get Cleaning!

I must admit I do sometimes often neglect my home cleaning duties. There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the week to work, cook, shop, blog, blog, blog etc and errmmm clean.

But apparently cleaning is good for our mental health so I'd better get off here and get on with it!

Well maybe not tonight...

Oh I hate cleaning. I mean I do it because I don't like stuff being dirty and unorganized. But cleaning is not my cup of tea! It's something that I dread.

oh dear, senility is just around the corner then. I'm far to busy blogging to clean, which reminds me I have some dishes to do. Yech!

I am not fond of cleaning but I guess you've got to do what you've got to do. There is a sort of satisfaction you feel when you see everything clean and tidy.

I've found laying on the couch with a big bowl of popcorn and a good movie helps improve my mental health. LOL

Ha Ha

Just off to scrub the floor. I can stop taking my pills now.

I also noticed in the article that only 20 minutes of exercise a week is all that is required. I will be sure to tell my wife that that is all I need to be happy. Not sure about whether the house would be clean

So how come these articles always have a WOMAN on her knees, scrubbing???

I'll bet this was written by a man.
