As a keen dancer she truly is very flexible!

i am just a little older than your daughter, and you. i started kickboxing 18 months ago and there is a stretching device in my health club. i give it a go 3-4 times a week and many times someone as lithe as your daughter does that right next to me and smiles at me. i try to smile back but it is difficult as there is only so much stretching one can do at any one given moment.
