I came across this - Twittermail

This enables you to Twitter from your email account, which is brilliant as I will now be able to twitter from work and no one will notice as it's OK for me to have my email open but not really to be looking at websites or have chats open! It is the NHS after all..LOL

Anyway, back to the idea of bed, I know it's only about 9pm but I am really knackered, it's felt like a very long day workwise and I'm starting to seriously think about a job change, I have been there 7.5 years now!
