The Powerball

My partner came home with a Powerball today. It's a rather odd thing I had not seen before but it's supposed to help strengthen your arms/wrist and help with RSI and carpal tunnel.

I had a go and it's amazing how heavy it feels as the inner gyroscope spins faster and faster - a very odd sensation!


However it will take a lot of practice to get as good as this guy in the video!
